Overview

& Friends Store and the Daily Grind Coffee are looking for flexible retail and hospitality team members to bring exceptional customer service, energy, reliability and pro-active skills to our growing business. From sales associate and barista duties to delivering workshops we will offer training for.

& Friends is a curated concept store that offers customers a place to shop over 50 independent businesses both in person and online while exploring their creative side at our amazing workshops. We are joining forces with Heswall's newest Coffee Shop; The Daily Grind and need you for both We are looking for team members for both key holder duties and short shift patterns to service both business needs.

Duties

- Deliver outstanding customer service.

- Build an ability to use strong product knowledge.

- Often working independently, so will need to be reliable, responsible and pro active.

- Potential to expand working hours and earning potential by helping to facilitate workshops.

- While hospitality and retail experience is welcome we can offer training for the barista roles.

- To drive sales using a behaviour driven, customer service based model.

Requirements

- The ability to be flexible between working our retail and hospitality requirements.

- Must be 18+ for key holder annd independent shift hours events/workshops can involve complimentary alcohol as well often being only employee on site

  • 16+ age group opportunities available for shift work and working alongside senior members of staff and owners.
  • Tech savvy to operate till systems, contribute to social media and maintain website. Training offered.
  • A flexible approach as a small team will require potential short notice changes to shift lengths or duties.

Retail and hospitality experience not required. We look forward to hearing from you

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
