About the job you're considering

As a UK L&D Programme Manager, you will ultimately be responsible for the day-to-day execution of both facilitated and digital learning programmes that are assigned to you. These programmes could deliver learning across the full scope of skill dimensions and learning will range from Early Careers all the way through to our most senior executives. You will be hands-on and the 'face' of the programme to the teams outside of L&D. You will report into the Delivery Manager.As the touchpoint for all queries from LBPs, Learners, 3rd Party Suppliers and Facilitating teams and key sponsors, you will manage the end-to-end Support and Delivery of UK programmes in person and virtually.The Reporting and Analytics element of your role requires analysis of feedback and insights that will improve delivery of our programmes channelled to the relevant teams.

The Facilitation aspect involves collaborating with the Business, LBPs and programme facilitators to ensure a best-in-class learning experience is provided consistently every time. From first touchpoint registration to completion surveys and reporting. You will be the main point of contact for venues and external partners.

You will also take ownership of the financial tracking of delivery such as budgeting, forecasting, and programme-related reports, and play an integral role in helping the learning teams identify and implement ways to increase participation and engagement for our programmes.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, external venues, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:

Your role

As a flexible and agile team member, you will be working across several departments simultaneously to facilitate and manage multiple elements of our programme delivery. One day you could be checking that all programme prerequisites such as the course summary, documentation, facilitator list, contracts and equipment needs, are in place, and another you may be focused on preparing and conducting briefing calls with facilitators, speakers, and other key players in programme delivery.

The next day you might be focusing on gathering KPI data required to demonstrate the impact of the learning programme.You could be sharing best practice across the learning function; organising programme-related communications with your team; consulting with the designers on potential programme tweaks and then arranging venues for the physical delivery of the programmes.Each day presents a diverse set of opportunities, challenges and tasks, with your primary focus on the monitoring, and effective delivery of our world-class learning programmes.

  • You are proficient in using programme management tools and techniques, preparing documentation and reporting analytics using the MS Office suite.

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
