Head of Acquisition

to own and scale our performance marketing function — driving measurable growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and new channel expansion.

The Role

As
Head of Acquisition

, you'll play a key leadership role in accelerating our customer acquisition engine.

You'll lead our acquisition strategy across multiple markets, lead on experimentation and channel diversification, and collaborate with an excellent SEO agency to expand our organic footprint.

You'll work cross-functionally with e-commerce, creative, and CRM to deliver consistent and profitable growth.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves balancing performance, strategy, and creativity and thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale paid media performance across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Own acquisition targets and media efficiency metrics (CAC, ROAS, Revenue).
  • Launch and test new growth channels, creative formats, and audience strategies.
  • Manage our SEO strategy in partnership with an SEO agency, driving growth in organic acquisition.
  • Maintain a strong experimentation framework for campaign and funnel optimisation.
  • Mentor a Social Media Manager who supports paid and organic content.
  • Partner with E-commerce, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys from acquisition to retention.
  • Analyse and present performance data, driving actionable insights and decision-making across markets.

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or acquisition within DTC e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable owning budgets and delivering against ROAS and CAC goals.
  • Proven track record of testing and scaling new channels to diversify growth.
  • Bonus: experience driving performance in the US market.
