Now we're looking for a
Marketing & Brand Executive

to help us tell that story from within the business. Someone who gets what makes a brand
feel

real, knows their way around social, and can bring fresh ideas to the table (and maybe a slice or two).

This isn't about ticking boxes or posting for the algorithm. It's about building a following, growing a community, and creating stuff people actually want to engage with.

Location:

Victoria Park, Hackney, London.

Pay:

£35,000 p/a (inc. bonus, London Living Wage employer)

Bonus:

Up to £2,000 p/a (based on KPIs, paid quarterly)

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm (with some evening and weekend commitments expected)

As our Marketing & Brand Executive, you'll take the lead on all aspects of our internal marketing, customer facing brand, long-term strategy and peer brand relationships. While the key responsibilities are outlined below, flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential in this dynamic role.

What You'll Do:

• Shaping our marketing and content strategy - from social posts to collabs and events.
• Creating killer content across Instagram, TikTok, and email that feels fresh, fun, and on-brand.
• Planning and running events, pop-ups, and launches that get people through the door.
• Leading collabs with local makers, artists, and businesses that share our vibe.
• Spotting trends and moments we can jump on - before everyone else does.
• Getting hands-on with everything from shoot days to design ideas.
• Tracking what's working and tweaking what's not.

What We're Looking For:

• A creative all-rounder with 2 - 4 years in marketing, social, or brand work (food, drink, or lifestyle is a plus).
• Someone who knows their way around Reels, TikTok, and storytelling that feels natural - not forced.
• You're into design, culture, and what's happening in London's food scene.
• You like working in small teams where everyone mucks in and ideas actually happen.
• You care about community and building something that feels real, not corporate.
