The Role

Our mission is to change the lives of adult smokers and educate them about a better alternative to continued smoking – a new reduced risk heated tobacco product.

What's in it for me?

·Earning between £ £23.66 per hour

·Target-based bonus structure, with the ability to earn an additional £25 - £50 per day

·Full-time work commitment

oMonday to Saturday work week, choosing between 5-6 days per week

o6 hours per day

·Travel contribution 

·Shift completion bonus per month

·Paid product training 

Key Role Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor

  • Driving sales of key product, achieving daily targets
  • Raising awareness and education of key product to adult smokers and retailers
  • Nurturing relationships with store retail owners 
  • Capturing consumer data when selling & reporting 

Applicant Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 21 years old
  • Proven sales experience – minimum of 1 year – ability to sell and close sale
  • Driving license and vehicle, with the ability to transport collateral between locations
  • Worked within a target-based structure
  • Friendly, personable, and with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Can hold conversations and have banter with consumers
  • Able to self-motivate and operate independently
  • Able to build and foster relationships instantly with retailers
  • Diligent in timekeeping and reporting data
  • Own phone to use App for selling
  • Passionate about changing the lives of adult smokers and working towards a smokefree future
