As we expand across the region, we're hiring a
Head of Sales – Europe
to lead our commercial growth, open new markets, and build a high-performing sales organization. This is a senior leadership role where you will help define our GTM strategy, drive key customer relationships, and shape Secrails' long-term trajectory.

What You'll Do
- Define and execute Secrails' sales strategy for Europe
- Own revenue targets and deliver predictable, scalable growth
- Drive full sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Develop clear, repeatable forecasting and pipeline management
- Build trusted relationships with CTOs, CISOs, Cloud and Security leaders
- Identify priority industries and expand Secrails into new markets
- Represent Secrails at regional events, meetings, and partner activities
- Recruit, coach, and grow a high-performing European sales team
- Strengthen relationships with MSPs, consulting partners, and channel organizations
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to refine GTM strategy
- Bring customer insights that help shape Secrails' product and direction
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or regional role
- Proven track record closing mid-market and enterprise deals
- Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, infrastructure, or similar markets
- Strong understanding of European sales dynamics and customer expectations
- Ability to build sales structure—process, forecasting, playbooks—not just run it
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent English (additional EU languages a strong advantage)

- Selling into cloud, security, or infrastructure teams
- Strong network across European technology sectors
- Previous experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
- Experience working with partners (MSPs, VARs, cybersecurity consultancies)
