Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our nurturing team. In this pivotal role, you will support a small team in providing high-quality care and education for children, ensuring they achieve their full potential through the Montessori approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a small team to implement the Montessori method, fostering an environment of respect, kindness, and inclusivity.
  • Engage with children to promote their development and learning, ensuring they experience a fulfilling and enriching time in our care.
  • Ensure adherence to our setting's ethos, routines, and policies while providing a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance the quality of care and education provided.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
  • Current Pediatric First Aid certification.
  • Strong understanding of the Montessori approach and its implementation in early years settings it ideal but training can be given.
  • Experience of caring for under 2years olds
