We're Hiring an Area Manager – Join Our Growing Team
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering excellent service and driving team performance?
At Lawrence Cleaning Services, we're looking for an Area Manager to oversee
operations, support our site teams, and ensure our clients receive the highest
standard of service.
What You'll Be Doing:
*Managing cleaning contracts across multiple sites in your area.
*Leading and motivating cleaning teams to deliver top-quality results.
*Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Overseeing staffing, audits, and compliance with company standards.
*Driving efficiency, performance, and service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
*Proven experience in a supervisory or area management role (ideally within cleaning, FM, or related sectors)
*Excellent people management and communication skills
*Strong organisational abilities with a hands-on approach
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites
