Are you passionate about the power of influencers and content creators? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have experience building lasting relationships with influencers and clients? We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive (Influencer Marketing) to join our growing team.
As a Account Executive, you'll be the key player in shaping and executing influencer campaigns that drive results and elevate our clients' brands.
What You'll Do:
- Manage execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they meet client goals and brand objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies to ensure high-quality collaborations.
- Act as the secondary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the campaign process, managing expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and schedules for influencer campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to clients to improve future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social, PR) to develop integrated campaigns that align with clients' overall marketing goals.
- Stay on top of influencer trends, platform updates, and industry news to provide cutting-edge strategies to clients.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 years of experience in influencer marketing, account management, or a related role (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and influencers.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
