General Operative
to join our successful Response maintenance business working in the
Exmouth area
. You will specialise in carrying out planned works projects to our customers properties.

The General Operative Role

  • Working alongside our qualified trade operatives, providing support on day to day maintenance and repairs
  • The ability to successfully use initiative and work to complete job targets, considering health and safety and a quality finish.
  • Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and the relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

What will you bring as General Operative?

  • Previous experience working as a Labourer or General Operative in a similar trade-based environment.
  • Experience in mould wash is desireable, although this can also be taught to a willing learner
  • The ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of customer-based environments (e.g., people's homes and within communal/public areas)
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Labourer role.
