The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh's most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel's majestic clock defines the city's skyline, and since the day we opened in 1902, it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

  • Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments

  • Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile
  • Consistently match and surpass guest expectations to ensure guest loyalty
  • Have a thorough knowledge of cocktails, wines & spirits
  • Assist guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way
  • Have previous experience in a luxury service environment or in a hotel bar is preferred

Expected package £32,000 per annum (£25k gross salary plus qualified estimate of discretionary service charge)
