Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Performing Arts Teacher, located in the London Area (Twickenham and Clapham), United Kingdom. The Performing Arts Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in areas such as acting, singing, dance and musical theatre. Daily tasks include creating inspiring lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and facilitating rehearsals for student showcases and productions. The teacher will also collaborate with staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students in a fun and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
  • Experience in Teaching
  • Skills and experience in Performing Arts disciplines such as acting, singing, or dance
  • Excellent communication and classroom management abilities
  • A degree or professional qualification in Performing Arts, Education, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience working with young learners or children aged 3-18 is a strong advantage
