As a trusted partner to our business leaders, you'll consult on challenges and opportunities, create tailored solutions, and deliver programmes that drive performance. Whether designing learning experiences or collaborating with external partners, your work will shape careers and leadership development across the business.

This is an Associate Director level position.

We Seek
An exceptionally proactive, creative and insightful Talent Development specialist. A background in other HR disciplines is a real bonus as this helps us build the best possible learning outcomes for Savills. This highly varied role is a blend of programme design and management, business partnering, training delivery and facilitation, as a result this is a hybrid working role with circa 3 days a week in our Head Office, London.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years' experience in learning/ talent development, with a strong track record in programme management
  • Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels
  • Expertise in management and leadership development (executive coaching desirable)
  • A confident, credible presence with excellent facilitation skills
  • A creative, collaborative and proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in learning
  • Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
