About the Role

Are you a hungry, ambitious sales professional looking to take on more responsibility and make a real commercial impact?

We're seeking a Partner Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning conversations into meaningful business opportunities. If you've built a solid grounding in IT sales or BDR work, this is a strong opportunity to step into a more influential, outward-facing role within a well-established, internationally operating technology services provider.

You'll be at the centre of our new business efforts building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-led IT solutions in close collaboration with our technical teams and senior leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively prospect:
    Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across targeted vendors and partners.
  • Lead outbound outreach:
    Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Pitch and present with confidence:
    Deliver solution overviews and presentations to senior decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle:
    From initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams:
    Align messaging with marketing and ensure solution fit with technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate systems:
    Keep forecasting up to date and ensure CRM records are consistently accurate and well-managed.

What You'll Bring

  • 4 years' experience in
    IT sales, BDR/SDR roles, or technology-focused new business acquisition
  • A track record of delivering or exceeding new business KPIs and revenue targets
  • Solid understanding of the IT landscape (cloud, MSP, cybersecurity, SaaS)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confidence in outbound prospecting and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-led environment
  • Ability to work full-time from our London office

Bonus Points, it would be great if you have

  • Experience selling
    managed services, MSP offerings, or cloud solutions
  • Understanding of the UK SME and mid-market technology space
  • Previous experience within an IT reseller, MSP, or SaaS organisation
