Early Years Educator (Level 3)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to work in our small & nurturing 9 place Baby Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. This role demands a deep commitment and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional early childhood care and education, with a focus on fostering a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports the growth and development of young children.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing nature based independent nursery.
Hours: 5 days per week, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
Annual Leave: 33 days of annual leave including bank/public holidays & Christmas break.
On-site gym membership & Childcare discount

Duties
- Ensuring a high standard of care and education.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote children's growth and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
- Monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the nursery environment.
- Organise daily activities that support children's development across the EYFS and the nursery curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records on the online platform accessible to parents.
Skills
- Strong background in early childhood education or childcare settings.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning journeys.
