The Portfolio Demand & Systems Administrator is a member of the Transformation & Portfolio Office team and supports the effective delivery of the Transformation & Change Portfolio by providing analytical, reporting, and coordination support across project demand, resource and capacity management activities.
This role sits at the heart of a growing Transformation function, the role holder will enable management of portfolio demand, both from a project pipeline and resource capacity perspective, and provide high-quality insights and decision-making information to Transformation leadership. Additionally, supporting the maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.

• Proven track record in project demand and / or resource capacity management, ideally gained in a transformation or enterprise PMO environment.
• Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Applied expertise across relevant tools, systems, and procedures, to achieve business results, whilst demonstrating drive towards continuous improvement.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Project and Excel, including proven ability to work with large data sets, manage pivot tables, create lookups etc.
• Proficiency in Management Information and Visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview)
• Portfolio Management tools: ideally ServiceNow SPM or Planview, PPO, Clarity or similar.
• Strong understanding of delivery and change methodologies.
• Delivery and detail focussed. Excellent planning, control, and organisational skills.
