Primary Job Duties
  • Prepare and audit invoices for accuracy. Obtain proper account coding and contact information
  • Process invoice payments via check, card, and wire by entering in the receivables systems and correctly applying the payments
  • Coordinate and manage installment plans and payments
  • Research, report, and collaborate with 3rd-party collection agency
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts via mail, phone, and e-mail to provide timely resolutions to invoice disputes and discrepancies
  • Incorporate procedural and system changes in order to process transactions according to the latest procedures policy
  • Perform additional duties deemed appropriate by management
Minimum Requirements
  • 10-key by touch
  • Minimum typing of 40 WPM
  • Accounts receivable experience necessary
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle not necessary, but helpful
  • Organizational and communication skills a must
  • Customer service and conflict resolution skills a must
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask
