Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager - Heat Networks, located in Sheffield. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations related to heat networks, ensuring smooth functioning and maintenance of systems. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating technical services, providing exceptional support to customers, managing service contracts, monitoring system performance. The Service Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in heat networks, hydronic balancing, and pump technologies
  • Experience in team management, service coordination, and overseeing technical operations
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to heating systems and hydronic solutions
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Sheffield and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Degree in engineering, building technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the energy or construction industry is an advantage
