Your Role

As a valued practitioner in our Curiosity Approach setting, you'll play a key role in creating magical learning moments through:

  • Designing beautiful, curiosity-rich environments that invite exploration.
  • Forming warm, meaningful relationships with children and their families.
  • Planning and facilitating high-quality, play-based learning in line with EYFS and Curiosity Approach principles.
  • Observing, supporting and celebrating each child's individuality and development.
  • Working closely with a dedicated, passionate team to uphold our vision and values.

What We're Looking For

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • A strong passion for child-led, play-based learning.
  • Someone nurturing, reflective and creative in their practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive team attitude.
  • Experience in an Early Years setting (preferred but not essential)
