Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Office Administrator, based in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operation of the business. Key responsibilities include managing office equipment and supplies, maintaining records, liaising with landlords and tenants to address their queries, and providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and supporting the team with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Experience working with Office Equipment and tools
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative education is advantageous
