Trainee Recruitment Consultant
/
Resourcer
You'll start as a
Resourcer
, learning the craft of recruitment alongside our Senior and Principal Consultants. During your first 6 to 12 months, you'll develop your skills in sourcing, relationship-building and candidate management before progressing into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role where you'll own and grow your own market.

The Role
You'll support our Apprenticeships & Employability team by helping employers and training providers find the people who make their impact possible.
Day to day, you'll:
• Source and engage exceptional candidates for live roles across the Apprenticeships & Employability space.
• Learn to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
• Work closely with senior team members to understand client needs and market trends.
• Build relationships with candidates, providing a 5-star experience every time.
• Develop your commercial awareness and learn how to identify and win new business opportunities.
As your confidence grows, you'll transition into a 360 role, building your own client base, managing relationships and running your own desk.

Package
• Starting salary: £26,000 - £30,000
• Uncapped commission (£300 /placement as a Resourcer & 25-35% as a Consultant)
• Unlimited holiday policy
