Who are we?

Ready to build Amazon's next $100B business? We're not just entering shipping—we're transforming how billions of packages move around the globe. By evolving Amazon's legendary fulfillment engine into an agile, intelligent shipping network, we're creating a resilient system that continuously optimizes to deliver on time, every time, for every business and every customer. Every shipment is more than just a box—it spins the flywheel faster, continuously enhancing our logistics network through scale, speed, and intelligence. As we increase density and reach, we're revolutionizing shipping for ALL businesses while simultaneously strengthening Amazon's own delivery capabilities—reducing costs and accelerating deliveries across our entire ecosystem.

What will you do?

We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to transform our payments experiences and credit risk management for Amazon Shipping. This role requires deep financial product expertise, risk management acumen, and a passion for crafting innovative, customer-centric solutions that simultaneously enhance shipper satisfaction and fortify our financial health. You'll drive product strategy that powers intuitive payment and refund experiences while building sophisticated credit assessment frameworks that protect Amazon Shipping from bad debt exposure. Your work will create systems that balance payment flexibility with intelligent risk controls, enabling rapid business growth while maintaining financial discipline. You'll work at the intersection of customer experience, financial risk, and business strategy—transforming our payments function into a key differentiator that drives both shipper satisfaction and sustainable business growth supporting our 270% year-over-year expansion. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership across finance, risk, operations, and engineering to define scalable payment solutions that anticipate shipper needs while protecting our financial foundation.

Who are you?

You have deep product management experience in payments, fintech, or credit risk products with a proven track record of balancing customer experience with financial risk management. As this position involves regular interaction with senior leadership (VP+), you're comfortable communicating complex financial and risk concepts at the executive level while also partnering effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with customer obsession, and the ability to translate sophisticated risk requirements into clear product specifications and user experiences. You're a strong owner, think big, and have demonstrated success defining payment and credit products that drive quantifiable improvements in both customer satisfaction and financial performance in high-growth environments.
