Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager - Onboarding & Platform to join their team.

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:
To enhance our Onboarding and Merchant Platform product experience - two foundational pillars of how businesses first interact with Trust. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, UX, and engineering, and who wants to deliver tools that make commerce effortless for our customers
What We Expect of You, Day To Day:
- Define the product vision and strategy for onboarding and merchant-facing tools, ensuring a best-in-class experience for businesses in diverse verticals and regions.
- Own and deliver the roadmap, balancing near-term improvements with long-term platform scalability and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship elegant, robust products with clear value propositions and measurable outcomes.
- Drive experimentation and iteration, using customer insights and data to validate assumptions and inform prioritisation.
- Advocate for the customer across the company, ensuring the merchant voice is heard from compliance decisions to backend infrastructure upgrades.
- Partner with our go-to-market team to align product launches with internal readiness, documentation, and customer support.
- Track product health metrics and continually assess opportunities to reduce onboarding time, drop-off, or merchant churn.
- Ruthlessly prioritise. You will need to focus your and the team's time on the tasks that will have the most significant impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fintech, platform, or SaaS environment.
- Experience planning and building user-facing platforms or tools (e.g., onboarding flows, dashboards, developer portals).
- Good technical fluency; able to work closely with engineers on APIs, identity architecture, and platform integration points.
- A focus on customer experience and outcomes, both qualitative and data-driven.
- A structured thinker who can break down complex problems and balance trade-offs under ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can clearly articulate your vision, strategy, and decisions to a wide range of audiences. You are able to use data to tell a story and influence stakeholders.
Prior experience in payments, risk, or regulated environments is a strong plus.
