As we continue to grow our Aviation Sector, we are looking for a
Project Delivery & Framework Lead
to take the helm of our Gatwick Framework account.
Your Impact
In this pivotal role, you will lead project delivery, nurture client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our Aviation Sector Director and the wider BakerHicks teams to ensure excellence across every stage of the framework.
This is more than a project management role. It is a chance to shape the future of aviation infrastructure at one of the UK's busiest travel hubs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the Gatwick Design Framework by overseeing project delivery and ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with airport standards
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within Gatwick and with other airport partners
- Be the client's trusted partner by acting as the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships
- Provide strategic leadership by supporting the Aviation Sector Director in shaping and executing the business development strategy
- Inspire and coordinate by managing project teams and resources to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes
- Win work by leading the preparation of compelling bids and tenders, bringing strategic insight and creativity to every proposal
What You Bring
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant technical or operational discipline
- Chartered status with a professional body (preferred)
- Proven experience in project delivery within
construction or civil engineering
, ideally in an aviation or design consultancy environment - Strong understanding of design stages across core disciplines
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management, ideally within a consultancy setting
- Experience working at Gatwick Airport is a distinct advantage
Location and Flexibility
This role is based onsite at Gatwick Airport three days per week, with occasional travel to BakerHicks offices as needed.
Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role as required by our clients and sectors.
