Nene Valley Firewood, part of Eco Dry Energy Ltd, is a leading supplier of premium kiln-dried firewood. Our focus on exceptional customer service and consistently high-quality products has earned us a loyal customer base across Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

Due to continued growth and high seasonal demand, we're now looking for motivated Firewood Yard Workers to join our friendly team near Long Buckby on a temporary basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Packing boxes, bags and nets with firewood
  • Performing quality checks to ensure all logs meet our standards
  • Keeping the packing area clean, safe and well-organised
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Supporting general yard operations as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable with good time management

Working Hours

8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday

(Overtime and weekend work available as required)

Salary

£12.21 per hour
