Lighthouse Hotel Management are recruiting for the exciting role of Casual Guest Service Assistant at the Holiday Inn Express Liverpool Central. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service and have strong administration and computer skills with a good telephone manner, have a positive and confident 'can do' attitude and be willing to learn. You will be a team player to assist in all areas of the hotel operation. This exciting role provides an excellent opportunity to join the team and be part of an iconic-branded hotel in a busy competitive market place.

We're looking for an individual who has;
  • A great personality and be genuine, approachable and attentive
  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • Good organisation, communication and planning skills gained through previous experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.
  • Desire to learn and develop.
  • Strong communicator that loves to chat to our guests.
  • Someone who comes to work with a smile and want to make sure everyone around you leaves with a smile.
  • Smart professional appearance
  • A sense of humour
  • Available to work various breakfast shifts Mon - Sun between 6am to 12 noon (variable start and finish times)
  • Hotel kitchen experience
NICE TO HAVE:
  • .A good working knowledge of hotel systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure independently.
