We are seeking a detail-oriented
Immigration & HR Compliance Officer
to join our team. This role ensures compliance with immigration regulations and HR policies, supporting the organization in maintaining legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with immigration laws and HR regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications, work permits, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee immigration status and compliance requirements.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to immigration and HR compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure timely renewals and adherence to policies.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding immigration and compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of immigration processes and HR compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in compliance or HR operations.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Must be based in UK.
