We're seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our voice across platforms, driving engagement, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals. You'll work closely with company directors to translate vision into action and ensure marketing delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Collaborate directly with directors to shape brand positioning, campaign priorities, and growth initiatives.

Lead annual marketing planning and budgeting processes.

  • Social Media Management, managing media strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Monitor analytics and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

Lead multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, influencer partnerships, and events.

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed.

Skills & Experience
2/3+ years in marketing and social media management, ideally in a senior role.

Proven track record of leading successful digital campaigns.

Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working closely with executive leadership.

Creative flair with a strategic mindset.
