Social Content Executive

OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a passionate and creative social content professional to manage and evolve our Women's Instagram account. This is an always-on role, focused on day-to-day content creation and strategy, with the opportunity to shape the voice and direction of our brand and Gen Z audience. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Own the Women's Instagram account, creating and managing content on a daily basis.
• Develop a refreshed strategy for the account, shifting the tone towards 'Our Muse'
• Focus on gym and lifting content
• Lead content creation from ideation to execution; comfortable shooting, editing, and producing posts independently.
• Collaborate with campaign teams to integrate Instagram activity with larger initiatives when needed.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence, while also having space for strategic planning and creative experimentation.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table to elevate the Women's brand and define how we engage our community.
• Deliver on KPI's set by the Social Content Manager to ensure that your channel(s) are performing accordingly and contributing to the wider department goal  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstratable experience in a social media content role 
• Experience creating content for Instagram 
• Strong understanding of Women's lifting 
• Strong familiarity and understanding of the other social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Snapchat. 
• Proven track record in delivery of KPI driven results 
• Highly organised and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a proven track record delivering KPI driven results 
• Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude. 

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
