Summary

We are seeking an "Odd job" or "Handyman" to assist with the daily running of our factory. It is a part time position for two days week (no preference on which days). This job entails general maintenance of the factory & yard. It is an excellent position for an older individual or for someone just looking for part time work but wishes to be part of a team. A knowledge of basic tool's is needed as repair work will need to be undertaken. The job will start the second week of January Interviews will run up to then.

Responsibilities

  • General yard and factory maintenance
  • Jet washing yard
  • Collection of factory materials from suppliers
  • painting (indoor & outdoor)
  • Emptying of bins & cleaning of canteen
  • Organising of yard & factory supplies
  • General factory repairs

Qualifications

  • Handyman or maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of tools
  • Good communicator and ability to work as a team
  • Positive attitude in the assistance of running a factory
