Role Description

This is a remote role for an Automation Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows to improve operational efficiency. You must be familiar with using software such as zapier retell ai softr, Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and configuring automation tools to optimize pipeline performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in automation tools, scripting, and workflow configuration
  • Proficiency using zapier, retell ai, softr, and other backend automations
  • Experience with process analysis, system integration, and technical troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in the real estate or lead management industries is a plus
