We are established UK manufacturers of high-quality seating systems for the commercial, transport, and public sectors.
We are seeking a dynamic Project Co-ordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing and installation projects from order receipt through to client handover. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: design coordination, production scheduling, installation, and client handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and expectation management.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Co-ordinate site surveys and pre-installation planning, including coordination of access, H&S requirements, and site readiness.
- Liaise with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
- Manage subcontractors and installation teams, ensuring compliance with company standards, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Oversee snagging, quality checks, and completion documentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and content management systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and motivation.

Minimum qualifications:
- GCSEs (A–C / 9–4) in English and Maths or equivalent
- Project management Experience
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong organisational and planning skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
