Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an office administrator to join our small, friendly but busy team in Swinton Manchester. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 42.5 hours a week. Working hours would be between 07.00 – 16.00 with a 30 minutes lunch break.

Main duties to include but not limited to:

  • Data inputting.

  • Assist in managing the office email account and client portals like Dwellant and Fixflo.

  • Answer/make telephone calls and deal with the enquiry.

  • Typing of general documents such as estimates, invoices and job sheets.

  • General office duties.

  • E Works software. Knowledge of this software would be an advantage.

At least 2 years experience required in the following:

  • Data inputting.

  • Computer literate.

  • Microsoft office- word /excel

  • Outlook

  • General office skills to support the office and operational functions.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to follow instructions.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Good organisational skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good telephone etiquette required.
