As an account manager within our sales team it's all about optimising every opportunity that comes your way, and you'll be financially rewarded if you do so with uncapped OTE
We're looking for confident, enthusiastic and results orientated individuals to join our sales team. You will be building and maintaining lasting relationships with all of our new and existing business customers to secure repeat business with you as their Account Manager. You'll need to be a natural communicator with an inquisitive nature and natural flair to build that much needed rapport and knowledge of your customer's needs. In addition, we would love to hear from people with knowledge of either the business, office & printer supplies, ppe, packaging, hygiene, catering, managed print solutions or technology markets who can really understand and advise their business customers.
You will be contacting existing business customers who have previously bought from us on one or more occasions as well as looking to bring on board new business. You will build up your own account base of customers, managing that relationship as their key contact. The role will involve making outgoing calls as well as taking in-bound calls from contacts, inclusive of administrative duties the likes of raising quotations, placing orders and managing marketing campaigns whilst the company grows. Therefore, a self-motivated attitude is essential to enable you to proactively generate new business leads and identify commercial opportunities.

We are a consolidation company, specialising in Office/Work Place Supplies, Printer Supplies, Managed Print Solutions, Workwear & PPE, Promotional Goods, Facilities, Technology and Print. So its very varied, lots to learn and a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills.
What else will you have to do? You'll be using your selling skills to better understand the customer requirements and provide them with suitable solutions, but also up-selling any additional items they might need too. You'll be continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency to make sure you meet monthly gross profit targets and agreed KPIs. As you'd expect it's key that you manage new and existing customer accounts, provide excellent customer service during sales, as well as any follow up required after sales. We'll make sure you get all the training and then it is up to you to sell to all the customers you talk to and make the most of every sales opportunity

The basic salary for this role is up to £30k dependent on experience. However, there is fantastic earning potential as commission is uncapped and we want to grow our business rapidly.
We are also interested in individuals who have ambitions to build and lead a sales team in the future as we establish a new team in the sales office at our new premises in Otley. If we can find the right person to grow their own sales and keen to build a sales team then this position could be of interest to you.
