What you'll be doing
- Operational experience with previous experience of planning services working on multiple projects up to the value of £2million
- Implement the planning responsibilities documents
- Capture and integrate current and forecast programme, budget, cost and risk at asset and sub-asset level.
- Practice best practice and innovation
- Assist the Project team to timely deliver projects and improve performance
- Effective using IT systems as a key enabler for gathering timely and accurate reporting on project performance.
Who we're looking for
Essential:
- Highways or Civil Engineering site experience of which some must be relevant disciplines as a Planner
- Experience and understanding of Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of NEC4 Contracts
- Experience planning and project control services within a large, complex environment within Construction and Engineer industry
- Working knowledge of methods of project controls, planning and performance control.
- Knowledge of construction market, methods, plant, equipment and labour requirements.
