We're looking for a caring, committed Early Years Educator to join our wonderful team at our Banbury nursery. This is a full-time, year-round position (40 hours per week), with shift patterns between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing inspiring, high-quality care and education for young children.
- Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment aligned with the EYFS.
- Acting as a key person, building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Planning, observing, and assessing children's development to support their individual learning journeys.
- Contributing to a team culture based on kindness, collaboration, and respect.
- Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years.
- Genuine passion for early education and child development.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
