Summary
As a Support Worker at Caremark Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and assistance to our clients in their own homes. This position is essential to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for those we serve, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, bathing, and dressing.
- Administer first aid and medication as required.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Requirements
- Experience in patient care or a related field is preferred.
- First aid certification is highly desirable.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and situations.
