We're looking for candidates who already have experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant

We're recruiting compassionate Support Assistants to be a part of our Nurse-led Team to provide care to our clients with complex needs in the Dereham area

You'll be providing care and support to our clients, enabling them to live in their own home

You will be supporting people with complex needs, this will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much-needed support

We have bank, full-time and part-time roles available, working days or nights to support our services. Shift 12 hour days and 12 hour sleep or wake night in one location with work available 7 days per week. Therefore flexibility and some weekend working is required.

We are recruiting for Day time shift staff and sleep/wake night staff

We are provide care to this individual 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, flexibility to include weekends is required

We provide a comprehensive training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Support Worker

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

We require Support Workers for Daytime and sleep night shifts in the Dereham area.

* Shift patterns - 12 hour day shifts, 12 hour sleep/wake night shift

Our service users will require varied support, as a support worker you will be providing care in the service users home to enable them to keep their independence, this role will include:

Encouragement and support to live an independent life

Assistance with Personal Care, Domestic Tasks, Food Preparation.

Accompanying the service user in the community

Medication Management.
