Role Overview:

We are looking to recruit a committed, highly motivated individual to join the Lifelong Learning service on a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service and exchange a wide variety of information with a range of audiences.
  • Provide support to Curriculum teams including taking the lead responsibility and ownership of the Learner destination monitoring and surveys and collating and presenting this information to the teams.
  • Data entry including checking documents for completeness and accuracy; attention to detail and an ability to work to required standards with little close supervision is essential.
  • Undertake key financial tasks including ordering goods and services, processing payments and balancing and reconciling monies.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

  • Sufficient literacy and numeracy to meet the requirements of the role
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office software; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively by email, face to face, and over the telephone
  • Ability to plan own work (with Supervisor) and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • A professional approach to their work and the ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of the staff team and learners
  • The ability to work on a full time /full year basis for the 24-month term of the Apprenticeship
