Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and stimulating English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Differentiate your teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and a love of learning.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including interactive discussions, group work, creative writing activities, and technology integration.
  • Foster a love of reading and literature by introducing students to a wide range of texts.
• Building Relationships:
