The Role:

Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for English education.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrate successful leadership experience in an English department or similar setting.
- Subject Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of English language, literature, and pedagogy, with experience teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Inspiring Leader: Be a highly motivated and inspiring leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
