With 4 clinics across the UK, including our flagship location at 39 Harley Street, Melior is a team of experienced medical professionals dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through bespoke treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and advanced laser therapies. We believe in a holistic approach, ensuring every client feels confident and empowered with subtle, yet transformative results.

We're looking for front of house (part-time) to cover Thursdays and every other Saturday, immediate start.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as front of house or a receptionist, ideally in a medical or aesthetics setting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Available to work every Thursday and every other Saturday in our Harley Street clinic

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client enquiries
  • Maintain client records and ensure the reception area & treatment rooms are tidy
  • Assist with processing payments and handling administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
