About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical Website Optimisation Manager to lead our conversion rate optimisation strategy. In this role, you'll combine data driven insights, behavioral analysis, and experimentation to improve user experience and maximise conversion rates across our websites. You will be responsible for developing, driving and executing our A/B testing roadmap, as well as identifying areas to improve customer experience via onsite optimisations.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap to drive measurable improvements in conversion and revenue.
- Plan, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across key website pages, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Identify and prioritize optimisation opportunities through user research, analytics, and heatmaps.
- Use data to uncover friction points in the customer journey and propose actionable solutions.
- Maintain a continuous cycle of hypothesis generation, testing, analysis, and iteration.
- Report results and insights to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in CRO, UX, and digital analytics.
- Own relationship with external A/B testing supplier and agency
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, or website optimisation.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, AB Tasty)
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with qualitative tools for behavioral insights (e.g. Contentsquare)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mentality.
