Job Title: Social Worker – Children in Care Team
Location: Cambridgeshire
Rate: £39 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Cambridgeshire based within the Children in Care team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be working with children and families to achieve the desired outcomes, discharging care orders, and attending and participating in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Additionally, you will complete pathway plans and children and family assessments, while engaging in multi-agency work with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK license, have post-qualified experience, and hold a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
