Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part time, 22.2 hours per week, over 3 days

The City of Doncaster Council is a confident, ambitious organisation which puts improving the life of its residents at the centre of everything we do. You have a opportunity to be part of this in the role of MST Business Support Officer .
In respect of this role the successful applicant will provide effective, professional, high quality, modern and solution focused Business Support to achieve outcomes for the MST service area and consistency across the Directorate. The successful applicant will report into the MST Supervisor, will work alongside another Business Support Officer and and will sit within the MST.
The role involves working as part the MST Team based within the Children Young People and Families Directorate.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Providing comprehensive, efficient, effective administration support to all team members, liaise with professionals, external agencies and representatives, internal colleagues and members of the public
- Collecting treatment adherence measures from families allocated to the MST teams
- Dealing with enquires from both internal and external customers ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
- Updating records in excel and case management systems
- Taking electronic minutes for highly confidential meetings in various formats within set deadlines.
- Analyse data and statistics to evaluate service performance and outcomes.
- Conduct research and summarise findings to support service development.
- Undertake any identified MST treaning to assist in the delivery of the role.
