GHB Clinic is looking for a warm, confident, and people-focused Clinic Host / Client Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and creating an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

About Us

GHB Clinic is a modern aesthetic and laser clinic based in Covent Garden. We specialise in advanced skin and laser treatments, including CO2 resurfacing, PicoWay laser, acne & scarring treatments, pigmentation, and non-surgical facial aesthetics.

Our team is friendly, supportive, and passionate about delivering high-quality results. As we expand, we're looking for individuals who enjoy connecting with people and being part of a busy, client-focused environment.

The Role

As a Clinic Host / Client Coordinator, you will support clients throughout their entire journey from the moment they arrive, through their treatment, and after they leave. You'll be the friendly face they remember, the person they feel comfortable talking to, and the one who ensures every visit feels smooth, welcoming, and professional.

Part-time and full-time roles are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable
• Guide clients around the clinic and explain their next steps
• Support reception with enquiries and client updates
• Engage with clients confidently and naturally excellent communication is essential
• Assist clients with questions and provide helpful information
• Light sales conversations: explaining treatments and encouraging bookings
• Upsell skincare and aftercare products where appropriate
• Take before/after photos and assist practitioners during busy periods
• Help collect client reviews and support client follow-ups
• Maintain a friendly, polished, welcoming clinic environment

What We're Looking For (Required Experience)

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in at least one of the following:

• Host/Hostess (restaurant, hotel, lounge, hospitality)
• Luxury customer service (retail luxury, spa, beauty clinic, private medical, dental reception)
• Front-of-house in premium environments
• Any guest-focused role requiring strong communication, presentation, and people skills

You are someone who:

• Loves talking to people and makes others feel comfortable
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and warmly
• Is naturally friendly, social, and engaging
• Is polished, well-presented, and professional
• Thinks quickly and stays calm in a busy environment
• Enjoys helping clients and being hands-on throughout the day
• Has strong customer-service instincts
• Feels confident explaining things and guiding clients
• Has a natural sales edge (persuasive, not pushy)

Career Progression

We actively support growth within the clinic. This role can progress into Senior Host, Client Experience Lead, Treatment Coordinator, or Consultation Advisor. It is also an excellent first step for anyone interested in developing a future career within the aesthetics industry.

Hours

• Part-time and full-time available
• Monday to Saturday operation
• Saturday availability is preferred
