GHB Clinic is growing, and we are looking to hire two Receptionists to join our front-of-house team. This is a key customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy clinic environment.

About Us

GHB Clinic is a modern, highly rated aesthetic and laser clinic located in the heart of Covent Garden. We specialise in advanced skin and laser treatments, including CO2 resurfacing, PicoWay laser, acne and scarring treatments, pigmentation, and non-surgical facial aesthetics.

We are a growing clinic with a strong reputation for patient care, results-driven treatments, and a friendly, supportive team environment. As we expand, we are building a team that is passionate about customer experience and committed to high standards.

The Role

We are looking for someone who can create an exceptional first impression for our clients. You will manage enquiries, bookings, and daily clinic flow while providing friendly, professional support to both clients and practitioners.

This is a fast-paced role where multitasking and strong communication are essential.

Both part-time and full-time hours are available. Weekend availability (Saturdays) is preferred as part of a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
  • Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Manage bookings and update the clinic schedule
  • Provide pre- and post-appointment information to clients
  • Support practitioners and coordinate daily operations
  • Take payments and update client records
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
  • Assist with light client follow-up and general communication

Preferred experience (not required):

  • Reception or front-of-house in an aesthetic, skin, laser or dental clinic
  • Experience in luxury customer service (spa, salon, hotel)

Hours

  • Part-time or full-time positions available
  • Clinic operates Monday - Saturday
  • Some Saturday availability required (rotational)
