PACKAGE

BASIC 20K PLUS

10% OF FINANCE COMM

25% OF MARGIN FROM WARRANTY SALE

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate vehicles and highlight features that align with customer requirements.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
  • Utilise effective upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain an organised inventory of vehicles and ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.
  • Provide follow-up support to customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or sales management is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Proficient in using sales software and tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in automobiles and the automotive industry is essential.
