**Job Description: Bar & Restaurant Supervisor**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless dining and drinking experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Oversee Daily Operations:** Manage the smooth running of both the bar and restaurant, ensuring all areas function efficiently and effectively during peak and off-peak hours.

  • **Staff Management:** Supervise, train, and motivate staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • **Guest Relations:** Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed guest expectations and create memorable dining experiences.

  • **Inventory Control:** Monitor inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock while minimizing wastage.

  • **Financial Management:** Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring the achievement of financial goals through cost-effective operations and maximized revenue.

  • **Compliance and Standards:** Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.

  • **Event Coordination:** Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions, enhancing the overall guest experience and driving sales.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant setting.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and inspire a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen focus on customer service.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, cocktail preparation, and restaurant management software is a plus.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
