This role is all about initiative and impact. You'll be a key player in shaping the strategic direction of our Facilities and Estate team, curating smart, forward-thinking plans that help us stand out and stay ahead. From compliance and maintenance to catering, cleaning, and even the Spa — you'll lead across multiple service areas, making sure everything is audit-ready, high-performing, and people-first.

You'll need to juggle hats, build strong relationships across our business units, and bring fresh thinking to how we operate. It's not just about today — it's about building a team and a service that's ready for tomorrow.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Lead the charge on key facilities projects that make a real difference across the business.
  • Drive service improvements and smash KPIs and SLAs with smart, proactive thinking.
  • Own the budget — deliver value without cutting corners on quality.
  • Keep it running — manage reactive and planned maintenance, utilities, catering, cleaning, reception, and Spa ops.
  • Champion safety — stay audit-ready and make health & safety second nature.
  • Be the glue — build strong relationships across AO to keep everything connected and running smoothly..

A Few Things About You

  • A full UK driving licence - travel across AO locations is essential.
  • Proven experience across all areas of responsibility listed.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage daily operations and long-term improvements.
